The atmosphere in the urban core of San Antonio is becoming warmer and more inviting thanks to new developments like Cevallos Lofts. This four-acre property is just south of downtown San Antonio, Texas, and has spurred much excitement in the area.
The development consists of 252 units. Sixty-three units are reserved for residents who earn less than 50% of the median income, and 63 units are for those earning less than 80% of the median income. The remaining 126 units are offered at market rate rents.
