Millennium Tower, an approximately 645-foot high-rise condominium development, is the tallest residential building in San Francisco. Located between the South of Market district and the Financial District, Millennium Tower is a spectacular addition to the Bay Area skyline.
The 419-unit building consists of a 60-story and a 12-story tower, connected by a glass atrium. The homes located in the 60-story tower are divided into two categories: the Residences and the Grand Residences. The 12-story tower offers additional housing and includes open loft-style condominiums called the City Residences.
The well-appointed units come with a variety of luxurious features, including Sub-Zero refrigerators, pre-wired state-of-the-art communications systems, marble countertops, 10-foot ceilings, innovative curtain wall window systems, hardwood flooring, six-foot freestanding soaking tubs and more.
Millennium Tower also provides a host of amenities and nearly all the luxuries of a five-star hotel. Residents enjoy a private concierge and exclusive access to the 20,000 square-foot Club Level. This area features an owners’ lounge, wine tasting room and cellar, private dining room, screening room, children’s playroom, outdoor terrace and fitness center.
