So where are the hottest suburban markets this Spring? To answer that, Realtor.com analyzed suburban housing markets across the country. As urban housing prices exploded, one-half of home buyers this spring are looking to the suburbs according to Realtor.com.
Their findings, as reported by RISMedia, are based on areas in close proximity to thriving urban markets having strong household growth. The top-10 markets number of listing views on Realtor.com are double that of the U.S. average.

The best spring advertisement I ever saw for housing was back the early 1980’s while living in New Zealand. Each Spring, hundreds of thousands of Daffodils burst into their bright yellow colors. On the bottom of the front page Christchurch’s The Press was a small block advertisement that stated:
