Jason Nadeau serves as the group president mortgage and title services for Stewart Information Services Corporation. In this role, he is responsible for leading and developing Stewart’s comprehensive national mortgage services – title production strategy. Nadeau oversees Stewart Lender Services®, PropertyInfo Corporation, Centralized Title Production, including Stewart’s Regional Production Centers, and land recordation and registry business lines for the company.
Under Nadeau’s direction, Stewart Lender Services provides lenders a single point of contact, exceptional service and technology to accelerate the loan origination, and closing and post-closing processes. As group president of mortgage and title services, Nadeau also leads the real estate technology division of Stewart, PropertyInfo Corporation. PropertyInfo® provides technology to enhance the real estate transaction process for real estate brokers, MLS/associations, title agencies and governments.
Prior to joining Stewart, Nadeau served as senior vice president of First American’s Enterprise Technology Group, responsible for working with First American's largest lending customers to define and implement e-commerce solutions. Nadeau also served as president and chief information officer of RealEC® Technologies, a company he helped found. As president, he was responsible for the company's strategic direction and overall technical strategy. He had previously served as chief operating officer and chief technology officer. Stewart Title Company was a founding equity partner in RealEC Technologies.
Previous to his tenure at RealEC, Nadeau served as vice president of technology for Stewart Mortgage Information, now known as Stewart Lender Services. He was responsible for the company’s technical strategy and direction, e-commerce development and management, and Internet strategy. He also worked at Norwest Mortgage, now Wells Fargo Mortgage, where he served as director of technology and senior operations supervisor for RELS (Real Estate Lending Services).
Nadeau graduated from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul, Minn., with a bachelor’s degree in business finance with a minor in system analysis and design. Nadeau lives in Missouri City, Texas with his wife Kristen and two children.
