An experienced and passionate speaker, motivator, mentor and coach, Hawkins has a passion for fostering a culture of excellence. As Director of Service Delivery for Stewart’s home office, he helps to ensure the highest level of operational effectiveness and internal customer satisfaction from home office support services: Accounting, Human Resources, IT, Legal, Marketing, Procurement, Property and Lease Management, and Treasury. Hawkins’ primary responsibilities include change and service level management, organizational development, including associate and customer engagement activities and charitable community services at the corporate level.

Hawkins joined Stewart in 1989 as part of the Baca Landata techology sales team, later progressing through roles as Sales & Marketing Manager; Director – Realty Technology; Vice President – Chief Operating Officer, Stewart Realty Solutions; and Director and Chief eXperience Officer – IT Customer Care. Prior to joining Stewart, Hawkins was a recruiter for Diversified Human Resources Group. He is currently Chairman of Stewart’s Community Relations Council, which helps to support local community service projects and oversees company-wide charitable efforts; previously, he established and implemented the Customer First Council, which brings Stewart’s local and regional executives together with home office departments to improve service to external customers.

Hawkins is certified in PROSCI® Change Management, ITIL v3 Foundation and SPIN® sales training. He attended the University of Houston, and is a member of Tau Kappa Epsilon fraternity.
