Susan McLauchlan serves as Chief Human Resources Officer of Stewart Information Services Corporation. McLauchlan holds extensive experience in human resource management, having served both large publicly-traded and middle-market private companies.
McLauchlan’s expertise spans business strategy, human capital investment, strategic change, compensation and benefits, international business, management and employee development, talent acquisition and Human Resources Information Systems. With extensive knowledge of localized cultural and political issues, she has managed HR practices and processes in countries throughout Latin America, Europe, Asia, Africa and the Middle East. She has also spearheaded a variety of projects, including organizational redesign and reengineering efforts resulting in process improvement and expense reduction, as well as creating and implementing a blueprint for human resource transformation that resulted in increased retention and multiple achievements of a “Best Places to Work” award for other organizations.
She previously held senior human resource positions at UHY Advisors TX, LLC, Dynegy, Shell, and Amoco. McLauchlan holds a Masters from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Texas.
