Great point Nick! So many consumers seem to live in this fantasy world where the banks number one priority is to play the Brady Bunch father to struggling homeowners and give them whatever they need regardless of the cost. Wrong! Banks and lenders are in this thing for the money! The front end of their offer will most likely be great, it’s the fine print in the back end of the contract that will give you a stomach ache. Wolves in sheep clothing, so be very careful.
